Hi ZUNS,

After you download the driver for your device, extract the zip file into a folder and use the installer exe file.

That should download the driver on to your computer.

Restart Mobogenie software to check again.

If you are still facing driver installation issues, send us the following details:
1) Mobile brand & model
2) Android OS version
3) Mobogenie software version (make sure you have the latest version of Mobogenie)

Hi osaka,

You can try the common drivers in this link: http://mobogenie.com/drivers-download.html

Also make sure you have the latest version of the Mobogenie software. (www.mobogenie.com)

Once you download the driver just extract the file and run it.
Then try starting Mobogenie again and connect your device.
